Vocalist and bassist "Little Bill" Engelhart is the founder and front man for the Blue Notes - one of the first Northwest rhythm and blues groups and a contemporary of The Fleetwoods, The Ventures, Sonics and Frantics. 

In his career that spans over 40 years , Bill has played nearly every club and concert hall in the Northwest, including such legendary venues as Parkers Ballroom, The Aquarius, The Spanish Castle, and Lake Hills Roller Rink.

Little Bill & The Blue Notes won a couple of awards from the Washington Blues Society April 20th, 2008:

"Best Traditional Act"
 and Billy Stapleton won for "Best Slide Guitar".

SCCTV Documentary

SCCTV filmed a documentary about Bill Engelhart.  Description: “Little Bill” Engelhart, an undeniable Northwest rock legend,  founder and front man for “Little Bill and the Blue Notes”, has a colorful, soul persistent career spanning over 40 years. Vocalist and rock solid bassist, Bill tells stories about his life and the growth of rock in the northwest in an original Rich McAdams documentary.
